Yes//No
My Loves,
I hope you are all doing well, and celebrating this lovely solstice.
With the transition of Spring to Summer, the weather is getting deliciously warm.
Hopefully last week’s invitation served as a reminder to enjoy the present.
With the seasonal shift, I’ve been giving myself moments to shed off the energy of 2020 by writing, reflecting, and most of all listening.
Listening is such a lovely way to allow in what we need, especially when life becomes challenging.
For me, I try to pick up on little whispers of allowing.
Giving myself the space to notice both the “YESES” and the “NOES”, brings me to a deeper understanding of myself.
Listening has enabled me to discern, and refine what brings me closer to joy.
And with that…..
Here is my invitation for this week:
What experiences move you into a state of YES or NO?
When you’re in a state of YES, how do you move about your day? How does that effect your connection to satisfaction?
When you are in a state of NO, how does that inform what you desire?
How does either experience teach you about what you truly need?
When you’re going about your day, notice moments that ease you into a space of YES.
What are the things that make you light up in a responsive way?
It’s okay, to reflect on the contrast as well.
No’s are a beautiful reminder of what you need.
For as much as we love to find the YESES in moments, sometimes it's the NOES that give us the clarity to recenter ourselves towards our desires.
Can you be curious about it as a sensory experience? What would that feel like?
How does either response allow you to move into a state of ease, satisfaction or pleasure?
Take your time with this one.
I am so excited to see what comes up!
Have an amazing week.
Xo,
C
